House of Elixir Coffee was founded by Michael Pouncey with a vision to bring luxury coffee experiences into everyday life. Inspired by a passion for global coffee culture, premium sourcing, and meaningful rituals, he built the brand around quality, elegance, and connection.
Every coffee is chosen with intention — from origin and flavor profile to the experience it creates for the customer. The goal has always been simple: deliver coffee that feels exceptional from the very first sip.

Born from a deep personal love for coffee, Michael Pouncey begins sourcing and roasting specialty single-origins from his home in Mobile, Alabama. What starts as a passion project quickly becomes something bigger — the idea of House of Elixir takes shape.

Direct Trade Only
We buy directly from farmers and cooperatives. No commodity markets, no brokers. Every relationship is personal, long-term, and built on mutual respect.
The Elixir Standard
Every coffee must meet our internal benchmark for altitude, process integrity, flavour complexity, and farmer welfare. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
Small Batch Always
We roast in small batches, to order. Coffee is a perishable product — freshness is not a marketing claim, it's a commitment we make with every bag.
