Ethiopia is the undisputed birthplace of coffee. In the ancient forests of Yirgacheffe, wild coffee trees have grown for millennia. The result is a cup of extraordinary floral complexity — jasmine, blueberry, and bergamot layered over a dark chocolate finish. These are coffees that changed the world.
