Using the rich, balanced flavor of House of Elixir Coffee Colombia roast gives this latte a smooth chocolatey finish with bright berry notes that pair perfectly with strawberry.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
(whole milk, oat milk, or vanilla almond milk) - 1–2 shots espresso made with House of Elixir Coffee Colombia Roast
OR ½ cup strong brewed Colombia coffee - 2 tbsp strawberry syrup or strawberry puree
- Ice
- Optional: whipped cream or freeze-dried strawberry pieces
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add strawberry syrup or puree to the bottom of the glass.
- Pour in the milk slowly.
- Brew your espresso or strong coffee using House of Elixir Coffee Colombia Roast.
- Pour espresso over the top for a beautiful layered café-style look.
- Stir gently and enjoy.
