Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy
At House of Elixir Coffee, every bag of coffee is freshly roasted and carefully prepared to deliver a premium experience. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once they have shipped.
To maintain the highest quality and food safety standards, any returned coffee products must be discarded and cannot be restocked or resold.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and professionally.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened coffee products
- Brewed or consumed products
- Perishable food items
- Custom or specialty orders
- Digital products or gift cards (if applicable)
Customer Order Errors & Change of Mind
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information, product selections, grind types, and quantities are correct before completing checkout.
House of Elixir Coffee is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer, including:
- Incorrect addresses
- Wrong product selection
- Incorrect grind selection
- Missed delivery due to customer availability
- Orders no longer wanted after shipment
In these situations, replacement orders and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund review, customers must provide:
- Full name and order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and label
- Description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Replacement & Refund Eligibility
If the issue is determined to be caused during roasting, packaging, or fulfillment, House of Elixir Coffee may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund review
Coffee product coverage may be limited to $25.00 per affected item, depending on the situation and fulfillment guidelines.
Shipping charges may not be refundable in certain cases.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. House of Elixir Coffee is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delivery interruptions caused by incorrect customer information
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues when necessary.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure freshness. Because of this, orders cannot always be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.
