PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
At House of Elixir Coffee, we offer subscription and recurring purchase options for customers who enjoy a consistent luxury coffee experience.
Customers may cancel their subscription or recurring order at any time before the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may manage or cancel their subscription directly through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
House of Elixir Coffee reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, products, or benefits at any time without prior notice.
